What is Important to me People, History and Everyday Life with all of its ups and downs. After 20 years as a watercolor artist I went on a search for texture and more meaning in my work. It was then that I fell into gel printing quite by accident. From far away it is hard to tell that the artwork is made up off tiny pieces of history of everyday life, but on closer observation you may see bits and pieces of a music sheet, a crossword puzzle done by a friend or a map…. this allows me to take others on the journey of creating my art. No paint is added to the papers after they are collaged onto the canvas. Check out more of my work on the Gallery Page. Read more about some of the art work at The Story Behind the Art because sometimes there is more than meets the eye.
